Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 May 2026

Experts Mix respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your industry
  • Your email address
  • The message and use case you describe

We also collect aggregate, anonymous analytics about website usage (page views, country, device) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and cannot identify individual visitors. In addition, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session activity (clicks, scrolling, navigation) and heatmaps to improve usability. Clarity masks sensitive input fields and does not store IP addresses, so recordings cannot be used to identify you.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry or demo request
  • To send an acknowledgement email confirming we received your message
  • To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox when submitting the form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:

  • Resend — our email delivery provider, to send the lead email to our team and the acknowledgement email back to you
  • Cloudflare — our hosting and security provider, which processes requests and provides bot protection (Turnstile)
  • Microsoft Clarity — analytics provider (Microsoft Corporation, USA), for anonymised session recordings and heatmaps to improve site usability; sensitive inputs are masked and no IP address is stored

All are GDPR/PDPA-aware providers. No other third parties receive your data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for up to 24 months afterwards for follow-up. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights under PDPA

Under the Thai PDPA you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Thailand PDPC

How to contact us

To exercise any of these rights, or if you have questions about this policy, use our contact form. We respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced on our website.
